Mizzen Link, Shanty Singers from South Devon

After a relatively quiet January and February we are now looking forward to gigs coming up in March. Come along to our next gig at The Cricket Inn on Sunday 2nd. We had a great afternoon there last year, we’re looking forward to seeing you all again this year. 

Happy New Year. We had a successful 2024. New gigs are coming in now so we hope  to see you at one of our venues. The Victoria Inn in Salcombe continue with supporting us. We always have a great night at The Vic. Come along and join in.

We have been booked for an extra gig at The Victoria Inn, Salcombe. We will be singing there on Friday 13th! December. It’s always a great night at The Vic so we hope to see you there. 

Unfortunately our gig organised by Kingsbridge Young Farmers has been cancelled because, for reasons unknown to me, the tractor parade in Dartmouth cannot go ahead. 

Another great weekend in the South Hams. Started with another terrific night in The Victoria Inn Salcombe  on Friday then on to The Cricket Inn Beesands on Sunday afternoon. The audiences at both gigs were fantastic and all had a really good time. Thanks again to all the organisers and staff at both venues. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. 

Our gig at The Victoria Inn, Salcombe has been brought forward a week. We are now singing there tomorrow night 8th November at 8pm not the 15th. Then it’s on to The Cricket Inn on Sunday. Hope to see you there. 

A terrific night last night at The Fisherman’s Rest with our good friends The Old Grumpies and The Bigbury Shanty Choir. The audience were great and everyone had a really good night. Thanks to Mark and Athena for the venue and good food and to our friends for coming to sing. Lots of videos and photos on our Facebook page. 

We had a terrific night on Saturday in the Victoria Inn as part of the Salcombe Live Music Festival, with another great audience. It was a really successful weekend despite the rain. Our thanks go to all the organisers for all their efforts. Here’s to another great festival next year.
